Dolle Barker
Dolle grew up in Morton, TX and attended school there and also at Three Way. She graduated from Dell City High School in 1989 and from New Mexico State University in 1995 with a degree in Philosophy.
Dolle owned and operated an agricultural services business for almost twenty years in eastern Colorado, acting as both CEO and agronomist. She has enjoyed serving in many different capacities over the years, including mother, grandmother, municipal judge, justice of the peace, executive director, board member, community college professor, banker, financial analyst, and cotton ginner.
Dolle also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Griffith Enterprises and President and CEO of Gray Hare Analytics. When she’s not at the gin, you may find her working in her garden, curled up with a good book, or enjoying the Lubbock arts district.

Christopher Crouch, PHD
Christopher Crouch is an ag economist from Pettit, Texas. After farming for a few years, he earned a B.B.A. in accounting from Texas Tech in 2009. At Texas Tech he went on to earn a dual M.B.A./M.S. Personal Financial Planning degree in 2012, before completing a Ph.D. in personal financial planning from Texas Tech in 2021. Christopher previously worked in academia before deciding to take a more hands on approach to use his financial planning skills and agricultural background to help members of the agriculture industry. Christopher is the primary contact for all your ag needs.
